  • Mark Lowe

    Managing Director (UK and Ireland) - Midwich

    Mark joined Midwich in 2004 supporting the Business Management team in the computing division. Mark’s role then changed in tandem with the focus of the business as he assumed the role of Divisional Manager in the rapidly growing Consumer Electronics category. Working closely with the sales teams it was here that he learned about the world of audio visual.

    In 2012, together with his family, he relocated to Sydney and helped Midwich to develop a larger footprint in the ANZ marketplace before returning to the UK. In the years that followed, he trained as Project Manager and managed a number of major projects including various pre and post acquisition activities and strategies.

    In 2017 Mark took on the role of Chief Operating Officer, and in 2018 became Managing Director of Midwich Ltd. His focus is to progressively develop the initiatives, strategies and the staff to ensure that Midwich continue to add more value for their customers and vendor partners.


  • Stuart Holmes

    Director - PSCo

    Stuart has been involved in the AV industry since 1998.  In 2002 he joined the Plasma Screen Company, which was later rebranded PSCo and in 2005 he led the management buyout from PSCo’s parent company. Under his leadership the business successfully implemented multi-channel strategies for both the distribution and rental of the latest visual technologies.  PSCo joined the Midwich group in 2015.

  • Mark Taylor

    Commercial Director - Invision

    Commercial director of Invision, Mark has more than 17 years’ experience in the technology industry.

    Joining in 2008 from Midwich, Mark was responsible for introducing consumer electronics into Invision’s portfolio of dedicated custom integration brands. After promotion to business manager, he became responsible for the entire portfolio and led strategic development into new product categories and business opportunities. Recently, and within his role as commercial director, Mark succeeded the founder and MD, Steve Beahan, to head up and manage the strategic focus and direction of Invision.

  • Allan Leonhardsen

    Managing Director - Holdan

    Originally from Denmark, Allan has more than 30 years’ experience with the film, broadcast and professional audio & video market across Europe. He has been based in the UK since 2003, where he and his business partner developed Holdan Limited into the largest distribution company within its sector, before joining Midwich in 2016.

    Prior to Holdan Limited, Allan ran and developed broadcast systems integrators, blue chip companies and financial investment companies in Scandinavia and across Europe. In 2016 Allan became Managing Director of Holdan Limited following the acquisition by Midwich.

  • David Marshall

    Managing Director - Sound Technology

    David has been Managing Director of Sound Technology since 2001, originally joining the company in 1996 as Marketing Director. He was previously customer services manager at Roland UK and vice president of the Music Industries Association.

    David has a BSc. degree in Music from City University where he also studied the cello at The Guildhall School of Music. David is currently the chair of trustees for the UK charity Music For All.


  • Garnett Stewart

    General Manager – Square One Distribution

    Garnett has over 20 years’ experience in the Irish technology industry working in a variety of sales and management roles. He led the team that established Square One as an audio visual distribution business in 2004. Garnett is a graduate of the Dublin Business School having studied Marketing, German and Spanish.


  • Thomas Sumner

    Thomas Sumner – Managing Director EMEA

    Thomas started his career at Midwich in [ 2008 ], joining the company’s product management team. He went on to support the integration of Sidev, the Group’s first overseas acquisition in 2010. His remit was subsequently broadened with responsibility for developing Midwich’s presence across Europe. He has been a leading force in our acquisition and company development programmes and has overseen the development of the organisation and management structures as the European region has expanded. In 2021, the company went on to develop a Middle Eastern presence through the acquisition of NMK and Edge, seeing the European team evolve into an EMEA organisation.

    Alongside his Managing Director role covering the EMEA region, Tom also supports Starin in the US and has responsibility for the Group’s central office commercial team.

  • Alex Kemanes

    Managing Director – NMK Electronics Enterprises

    Alex has 14 years of experience working across a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from consumer software, e-commerce and manufacturing.  An entrepreneurial thinker with an exceptional understanding of what it takes to scale a business. Having exited his first business in the variable data printing industry he then went on to invest and consult various technology start-ups through Wahed Ventures, marrying his interest in technology and innovation.  

    Alex joined NMK as a consultant in 2017 and took up the role of COO in 2018. Under his leadership the business successfully implemented multi-channel marketing and sales strategies and was instrumental in the strategic vision and alignment of the group.  NMK joined the Midwich group in 2020.


  • Mathieu Payet

    Regional Director (France and Iberia) - Sidev

    Mathieu graduated with an MSc in management from EMLYON Business School. After a successful career with the Kesa Group and then with Hitachi DMG (video projection and professional LFD) where he managed the B2B channel in France and Africa, in 2011 Mathieu joined Sidev. Appointed General Manager of Sidev in January 2015 and becoming its managing director a year later. Since 2020 he has been overseeing both France and Iberia as a Regional Director.

  • Lionel Roudil

    General Manager - Sidev

    Prior to joining the Midwich Group, Lionel spent 12 years with Phillips in sales, marketing and management positions. Joining Sidev in 2015, with his strong background in sales management, he proceeded to structure the Sidev approach to grow sales and their commercial presence.

    He was appointed Sales Director for Sidev in 2017, taking the organisation to another level, heading up Sales, Order Desk and Pre-Sales teams to support the company's strong business growth and in January 2020, Lionel became General Manager, continuing the strong commercial development.

    Graduating from Lyon School of Management in 2001, Lionel achieved a double degree, as he also attained a degree in Marketing & Management at Copenhagen Business School in the same year.

  • Pere Castro

    General Manager - EarPro

    Pere was first involved in the Pro AV industry when he joined Earpro as Commercial Director in January 2008. Pere is driving Earpro's business to develop by vertical market, with the provision of 360º technical solution proposals, brought together by the whole team.

    Before Earpro, Pere worked for a savings bank (Marketing and Sales) and as a Commercial Director in an organic food distribution company. Pere has a BSBA – Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the EUNCET-University of South Carolina and a MIBA from the EUNCET-UPC in Terrassa (Barcelona).

  • Nacho Acha-Orbea

    Managing Director - EES

    After being part of the lighting industry since 1993 and endorsed by years of experience, Nacho Acha-Orbea founded Entertainment Equipment Supplies (EES) in 2004. Under his management and throughout its 16 years of history, EES successfully achieved the Spanish lighting market leader position. Maintaining a high quality portfolio, growing long-term relationships with both suppliers and customers and most importantly, the key to success is surrounding himself by an enthusiastic and professional team.


  • Lutz Kern

    Regional Director (DACH) - Kern & Stelly

    After graduating from Hamburg University with a business degree in 1995, Lutz started his professional career as a product manager in the AV distribution company Anders + Kern in Hamburg. In the following years, he successfully worked his way through the organisation as Marketing Manager, Key Account Manager and Sales Manager. Finally, he took over responsibility for Sales and Marketing as Managing Director in 2001.

    After some significant restructuring measures in the parent company, in 2004 Lutz decided to leave the company and founded Kern & Stelly Medientechnik GmbH, together with his former colleague Andreas Stelly. 

  • Andreas Stelly

    Joint Managing Director – Kern & Stelly

    Born and graduated in Hamburg, Andreas finished his three-year apprenticeship as a wholesale and export trader at Jos. Hansen & Söhne in 1993. After undertaking a number of sales roles, latterly as export manager in AV distribution company Anders + Kern, Andreas formed Kern & Stelly with Lutz Kern.

  • Tobias Trummer

    Managing Director - New Media AV

    By working in film and live productions as a camera operator, lighting technician, and editor, Tobias set the basis for a deep understanding of the practical needs of film production. This culminated in the foundation of his own production company – together with his colleague Johannes Bauer.

    In 1996, the business partnership evolved with the foundation of distribution company Jocomp, serving the broadcast and cine markets. This later became New Media AV and led to the successful introduction and lasting establishment of several industry leading brands onto the European market. New Media AV joined the Midwich Group in 2018.

  • Johannes Bauer

    Managing Director - New Media AV

    After graduating from Munich university with a business degree, Johannes – together with his colleague Tobias Trummer – founded a film production company, which early on laid the groundwork for his practical understanding of the professional film production business.

    In 1996, the business partnership evolved with the foundation of distribution company Jocomp, serving the broadcast and cine markets. This later became New Media AV and led to the successful introduction and lasting establishment of several industry leading brands onto the European market. New Media AV joined the Midwich Group in 2018.


  • Ennio Prase

    Managing Director - Prase

    Ennio has extensive experience in the Audio & Video industry. Being involved since the end of 1980, working for one of the major AV integrators in Italy at that time.

    In 1993 he co-founded Prase Engineering starting in the role of Technical Director and then as a CEO, he brought the company from a one brand small distribution operation, to one of the leading AV distribution businesses in the region.

    He has a huge passion for technology and innovation. He now oversees the Management Team, as well as participating in all meetings with key vendors, he has the role of business development, defining the best “go to market” strategies.

    Ennio is the Vice President of the Italian AV System Integration Association (SIEC) and a member of the Audio Engineering Society since 1994.


  • Ed Van Domburg

    Managing Director - Van Domburg

    Ed has a long legacy in the AV industry and has a profound business network in AV. He is well respected in the channel and believes in personal touch and partnership based on trust.

    He started his career at Van Domburg Transport, the family company founded by his father. In 1985 Van Domburg Transport started working for Samsung, managing their transport and installations. When Ed noticed an opportunity in the market for Large Format Displays he founded Van Domburg Partners in 2005. In the following years he brought the company from one brand distribution to the leading AV distributor in the Benelux. Ed remains closely involved with the operation by participating in meetings with key vendors and customers. He is responsible for the company strategy and leads the Management Team. Over the years Ed has built long standing partnerships with both vendors and customers.


  • Olav Dallas

    Managing Director - AV Partner

    Olav began his Audio Visual career 2012 as a sales manager at AV Partner and was the third employee brought on board. Previously he had worked at Casio Scandinavia as a Sales Manager for their projector division.

    After progressing at AV Partner, in 2017 Olav became the Managing Director.

    He's described his journey as "fun, fantastic, with continuous growth" and is proud to have played an integral part to developing the company from just a few brands to what they are today.


  • Michael Broadbent

    Managing Director (Asia Pacific) - Midwich AU

    Michael has 25 years’ experience within the Australian and New Zealand commercial Audio Visual market, including 10 years as an owner of a leading Australian systems integrator. He spent three years as General Manager of the AV division at Programmed, one of the largest Australian technology integrators. Michael has also held senior roles with companies such as Rexel, which was the Australian distributor for Panasonic. He joined Midwich Australia as a consultant in 2012 and took over as Managing Director of Midwich ANZ in June 2014.

  • Chris Horsley-Wyatt

    Managing Director - Blonde Robot

    Co-founder and Managing Director of Blonde Robot, Chris has over 12 years’ experience leading teams in industries ranging from product-based distribution, enterprise software sales, business coaching / mentoring and global channel development.

    Chris developed the foundation for his business methodology working at boutique consultancy firm Red e-solutions as a sales consultant in 2006 helping Australian technology start-ups go to market and was promoted to General Manager in January 2008. He left Red e-solutions to join enterprise intranet software firm The ADWEB Agency in 2009 as international partner manager before co-founding Blonde Robot in March 2010.

  • Bobby Swartz

    CEO – Starin Marketing

    Bobby joined Starin in 2008, a regional distribution/rep firm at the time.  Quickly he found his niche in brand development, building a small unknown brand from the region into Starin’s top producing line which has lasted and grown for over a decade.

    Next came the development and strategy of marketing an ever-growing company.  Bobby visualized marketing strategies for the company and its expanding focus on developing products and markets.  As he continued to stay on the cutting edge of expanding markets, Bobby was one of the first to recognise what would emerge into a unified communications explosion with the Zoom ecosystem.

    His passion is equally divided between pushing technology to its limits in the pursuit of more valuable experiences, while helping grow and enable people and teams to do the same.
