The acquisition of a majority stake in Cooper Projects Limited the parent company of DVS Limited (DVS) – a UK distributor of video security products based in Cardiff. DVS has a strong reputation of providing specialist technologies to the trade and offers an extensive range of value-add services such as; project design, technical support, training and an installer programme.

Acquisition of NMK Group – based in the UAE and Qatar, the NMK Group is a value-added distributor of AV products and represents Midwich’s entry into the Middle Eastern market.
