The date of the Company’s AGM and a Notice of the AGM will be sent to shareholders ahead of the event. Details will also be provided in the financial calendar section of the website.

Members who are entitled to attend and vote may appoint one or more proxies to attend and, on a poll, vote instead of him, and a proxy need not also be a member. A proxy may vote on any other business which may properly come before the meeting. If you do not intend being present at the meeting please complete a form of proxy, sign and return it so as to reach the Company’s registrars at least 48 hours before the meeting. The return by a member of a fully completed form of proxy will not preclude any such member from attending in person and voting at the meeting. The AGM notice will provide further information in respect of voting by proxy and the necessary processes to follow.

You should contact the Company’s registrars, Link Asset Services, as quickly as possible, quoting your shareholder reference number if you have it – this can be found on your share certificate or on the tax voucher accompanying your dividend. The registrars keeps a record of shareholders' names and addresses, and the number of shares they own.
