Each of our businesses has a unique culture that is embedded in the way they work and creates a positive environment that cares - from individual growth to giving back to society. We continue to learn and adapt by measuring feedback through our staff engagement surveys. Already well established in many businesses, we've expanded their reach to ensure ongoing development, engagement and inclusivity for everyone.

Recognition and career development.
Positive company culture is core to building relationships and we're committed to developing our teams. Whether it's taking a different role in an existing team, to working overseas or learning new skills, we've introduced a range of inititatives, that combined with our merit based approach, recognises success through rewards, promotion and encouraging interaction with our businesses around the Group.

Wellbeing and community support
Through a mix of dedicated resources in our bigger businesses and leadership sponsorship in our smaller businesses, wellness and community engagement remain at the heart of our Group network. We continue to facilitate and encourage participation in numerous engagement initiatives worldwide.
Examples include themed luncheon clubs, walking groups, volunteering time, involvement in fundraising activities, such as our very own, industry recognised 'Tour de AV' bike ride challenge.
