Already well established in many businesses, we've expanded their reach to ensure ongoing development, engagement and inclusivity for everyone.

Through a mix of dedicated resources in our bigger businesses and leadership sponsorship in our smaller businesses, wellness and community engagement remain a big focus area across the Group. We continue to facilitate and encourage participation in numerous engagement initiatives worldwide.

Examples include themed luncheon clubs, walking groups, volunteering time, involvemnt in fundraising activities and online programmes, linked to our “Keep well, Keep active, Keep connected” message.
